Terms of Service

Bookings
A session booked online is confirmed once payment is complete; a session arranged by phone or email is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time with you. Sessions are booked for a set duration; your session begins at the scheduled start time. Please arrive ten to fifteen minutes early so you can settle in before recording starts.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Rescheduling or cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your booking. Changes requested within 24 hours of the session may not be accommodated.
What’s included
Recording sessions include the studio setup, professional lighting, audio equipment and on-site recording supervision as described for the service you book. Editing is included only where the service or package states it. Additional microphones beyond those included are charged at the published add-on rate.
Delivery
Raw footage from recording sessions is delivered the same day. Where editing is included, edited episodes are delivered on the timeline described for that service — currently two to three days for priority editing.
Ownership
You own the content recorded during your session. We may ask separately for permission to show work publicly; we will not use your material for promotion without it.
Use of the studio
Please treat the space and equipment with care. You are responsible for your guests while they are in the studio, and for any damage caused during your session.
Pricing
Published prices exclude applicable sales tax. Prices may change; the rate confirmed at the time of your booking is the rate that applies to that session.
