Information we collect
When you contact us or request a session we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name where given, and anything you tell us about your project. We collect this so we can respond to you and arrange your booking.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to inquiries, schedule and confirm studio sessions, deliver your files, and handle rescheduling or cancellation. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver the service you asked for.
Payments
Studio sessions are paid for through Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own payment page and are never received or stored by this website. We receive the outcome of the payment, the amount, and the booking details you entered. Stripe processes this as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
Who else handles your information
To run a booking we pass the minimum necessary to four services: Stripe, which takes the payment; Supabase, which hosts our booking records; Resend, which delivers your confirmation email; and Google Calendar, where the session is recorded so the studio knows to expect you. Each receives only what that step requires. We use no other processors, and we sell your information to nobody.
Recordings and footage
The material recorded during your session belongs to you. We retain copies only as long as needed to deliver and, where relevant, edit your files. We do not publish or reuse client footage without permission.
Analytics
This website may use standard web analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact hello@filmme.studio and we’ll take care of it.
